Hilton Curaçao and Ocean Encounters Diving announce the signing of an operational agreement. Effective June 1, 2008, the agreement allows Hilton Curaçao to provide guests with exclusive Ocean Encounters Diving SCUBA dive services and watersports activities. Maritza Molina, director of sales and marketing, Hilton Curaçao commented, "We are thrilled to offer our guests the professional diving services of Ocean Encounters and give them an opportunity to explore the pristine reefs of our beautiful island, a must-do when visiting Curaçao." Ocean Encounters, the island’s premier 5 Star PADI IDC and National Geographic Dive Center, with a fleet of 5 diving boats, will offer daily departures and weekly courses to Hilton Curaçao guests.

IGLTA Fall Symposium in Curaçao The International Gay & Lesbian Travel Association (IGLTA) held its Fall Symposium Sept 27-30, 2007 in Curaçao.
